Executive Administrative Assistant
About the Role
You will support senior executives by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing both in-person and virtual events. You will plan domestic and international trips, arrange meetings at multiple levels, and take clear meeting notes with follow-up on action items. You will communicate professionally with investors, customers, employees, and community members. You will anticipate executive needs and provide proactive administrative and project management support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests
- Experience planning and executing local and international events
- Academic degree
- Fluent English, verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on operational experience
- Experience in startup or venture capital environments (preferred)
