Executive Assistant
About the Role
You will manage executive calendars strategically to ensure balanced schedules, prioritize meetings based on business needs, and build context and pre-reads for important conversations. You will support and update presentations, organize travel and logistics for frequent global travel, interface with senior leaders and partners, and complete ad hoc strategic projects as required.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives in fast paced dynamic environments
- Strong executive presence and comfort interfacing with senior leaders and partners
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks from travel planning to presentation updates
- Flexible schedule to support executives with frequent global travel
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- Based in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Prioritize meetings based on business needs
- Ensure heads-down work and personal time are scheduled
- Create meeting context and produce pre-reads
- Support creation and updating of presentations
- Organize travel and logistics for global travel
- Complete ad hoc strategic projects
- Coordinate with senior leaders and external partners
