Executive Assistant - GTM

About the Role

You will serve as the right-hand to the Head of Sales, managing their daily schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential requests. You will design and scale systems to increase efficiency, triage and prioritize asks, book travel, process expenses, and proactively anticipate needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years directly supporting executives
  • Live in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • High energy with a strong bias toward action
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Creativity and strategic thinking
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Triage and prioritize requests from executives, investors, and the broader team
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, and special events
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and clear communication between teams
  • Create, scale, and own processes for the executive office
  • Set best practices and mentor the admin team
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel booking, expense processing, and catering
  • Anticipate needs and independently resolve or convene the right stakeholders
  • Build trust and rapport with the executive and push back when necessary
