Executive Assistant - Nepal
About the Role
You will provide administrative and operational support to senior executives in Nepal. You will manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and track follow-ups, plan travel itineraries, and handle confidential correspondence and documents. You will proactively anticipate needs, assist with personal tasks when required, and occasionally travel to support logistics. You will use Google Workspace and Notion to organise information and ensure timely communication across stakeholders, acting with discretion and strong prioritisation to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Notion
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to handle personal errands and occasional travel
- Proactive approach and calm presence under pressure

- Assist with personal activities and errands for executives
- Occasionally travel to support and manage in-person tasks
