About the Role
You will collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and other traders to refine and build trading strategies and models. You will analyse real-time market data and market microstructure to identify pricing inefficiencies and new opportunities. You will optimise trading algorithms and infrastructure, manage risk within the trading portfolio, and make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven trading experience with a track record of profitability, ideally in D1 and/or options
- Strong hunger for trading and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and articulating complex ideas
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Ability to make quick and decisive decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proactive attitude in identifying and pursuing new trading opportunities
- Strong programming skills (Python, SQL or similar) for data analysis, strategy development, and scripting
- Passion for trading, blockchain and cryptocurrency
