Facility Maintenance Lead
About the Role
You will supervise and mentor a team of Facility Maintenance Specialists, scheduling work, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations. You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and escalate complex problems when needed. You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, approve and monitor repairs, and manage inventory of tools and PPE. You will ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities in Excel and SharePoint, produce reports for the Site Manager, and conduct safety audits. You will enforce OSHA compliance, train team members on lockout/tagout and other safety procedures, and perform or oversee physical fieldwork in varying environmental conditions.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in maintenance repair or related technical field
- Experience with preventative maintenance and maintenance scheduling
- Knowledge of heavy equipment such as scissor lifts and telehandlers
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical mechanical and structural issues
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle physical fieldwork in extreme conditions

- Oversee fieldwork including work at heights confined spaces and heavy lifting
