Field Application Engineer
About the Role
You will perform hands-on, customer-facing integration and administration of systems. You will provide professional services to support customer system integration, analyze problems and identify solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams. You will document technical knowledge by writing manuals and runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years customer facing technical support experience
- Experience with data center and network configuration
- Knowledge of security and TCP/IP
- Experience with Docker, Consul, Vault, and Terraform
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Fluent in English
