Finance Analyst
About the Role
You will own financial planning and forecasting in a fast-growing environment. You will build scalable financial models to assess performance, scenarios, and growth initiatives. You will deliver actionable insights and clear recommendations for strategic decisions, prepare management reports and dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and data quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in FP&A
- Experience within high-growth or international start-up environments (preferred)
- Strong experience using spreadsheets for financial modeling forecasting budgeting and performance analysis
- Proven ability to support senior management with decision-oriented financial insights
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfort working in cross-functional remote and international teams
- Experience with FP&A or financial planning software (nice to have)
- Familiarity with crypto and digital assets (nice to have)
