Finance Operation Generalist
About the Role
You will maintain and manage the procurement tool, verify and process payment requests, and ensure correct GL coding. You will review employee expense reports and initiate payments, reconcile bank, cash, and payable accounts, and prepare intercompany transactions. You will update bank and crypto movements and post payments in QuickBooks or NetSuite. You will monitor cash balances, handle FX selling when needed, and perform other tasks assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of payables process and accounting experience
- Experience in the crypto industry preferred
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
- Exceptional time management skills

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the procurement tool and perform upgrades
- Verify and process payment requests and ensure correct GL coding
- Follow up with request initiators on payment and invoice issues
- Verify employee expense reports and initiate payment transactions
- Ensure posted invoices comply with accounting SOPs
- Prepare intercompany loan and accounts payable transactions
- Prepare aging reports and reconcile bank cash and payable accounts
- Update bank account and crypto movement and balances regularly
- Post payments to QuickBooks or NetSuite
- Manage bank cash levels and execute FX selling when necessary
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
