Finance Operations Analyst
About the Role
You will support the Finance & Accounting function by documenting, analyzing, and improving end-to-end finance processes. You will create and maintain process flow diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures, drive process reviews, walkthroughs, and control testing, and help ensure documentation is audit-ready. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand process dependencies and risks, support the design and implementation of internal controls aligned with SOC and SOX, and identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of process mapping and documentation
- Familiarity with process flow diagrams (flowcharts, swimlane diagrams)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in process mapping, operations, finance, or audit (nice to have)
- Knowledge of tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar (nice to have)
- Exposure to internal controls, risk management, or compliance frameworks (SOC, SOX) (nice to have)
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities (nice to have)
