Finance Operations Manager
About the Role
You will manage transaction accounting, invoicing, and revenue tracking for an investment platform. You will own end-to-end financial operations that intermediate transactions between investors and VC or hedge funds, including fee calculation, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. You will design and improve financial processes and handle investor- or fund-related cash flows.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in accounting / finance operations
- 5-7 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with transaction-heavy businesses
- Hands-on experience with fee-based or marketplace/platform models
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting
- Strong understanding of invoicing and AR
- English - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
