Financial Controller
About the Role
You will lead and own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare consolidated US GAAP financial reports. You will oversee and improve finance policies, processes, and internal controls, prepare and manage tax and regulatory filings, and coordinate with external auditors for reviews and audits. You will drive automation and enhancements across ERP and reporting tools, manage payroll with the external payroll bureau, handle treasury and cash flow forecasting, and provide ad hoc analysis and special projects to support finance leadership.
Requirements
- CPA (Big 4 background)
- 3–5 years of experience including at least 2 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global tech environment
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite; AI and other financial tools are an advantage
- Fluent in English and Hebrew both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure
- Curious proactive team player willing to roll up sleeves

- Provide ad hoc analysis and special projects to support finance leadership
