Financial Controller
About the Role
You will oversee company accounting and ensure entries are recorded accurately. You will research and analyze accounting data to provide actionable financial insights and collaborate with finance engineers to design correct product accounting and tax treatments. You will identify and resolve financial discrepancies, manage financial closing processes, audit and validate transactions, and draft and maintain accounting policies and controls. You will ensure adherence to financial, legal, tax, and regulatory standards, prepare and verify documentation for disbursements and payments, safeguard sensitive financial information, and promote core values in financial practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in accounting audit or finance
- 7+ years of professional experience in accounting audit or finance
- Proficiency in financial reporting standards and practices
- Previous experience in an audit firm is a plus
- 4+ years of management experience
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills focusing on Microsoft Word and Excel
