Fintech Senior Product Manager
About the Role
You will become an authority on how the product offerings differentiate a cross-carrier, blockchain-based value delivery ecosystem. You will work with product development and field engineering to create effective go-to-market strategies, define product content that articulates value and use cases, and build training presentations for sales. You will stay aligned with partner product, market and UX needs, monitor launch and marketing results, and own regional product goals and ROI to optimize customer collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management or management consulting
- Experience in fintech and blockchain
- Customer-facing product management and product marketing experience in payments or blockchain
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, and operational activities
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
- Effective presentation, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Business acumen and ability to navigate and influence stakeholders
- Attention to detail while managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Master's degree in Computer Science and/or MBA preferred
- Education from Tier 1 universities such as National Taiwan University, National Cheng Kung University, or National Chiao Tung University (preferred)
Responsibilities

- Create go-to-market strategies with product development and business development teams
- Define product-focused content that articulates value, use cases, and competitive differentiation
- Lead creation of go-to-market messaging and build product knowledge presentations for sales
- Work cross-functionally to align product features with partners’ product, market, and UX needs
- Own regional product goals and ROI metrics and monitor results of launches and campaigns
