Founders Associate Market
About the Role
You will research data and information and support the execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of new business models. You will assist the founder for market in creating a sustainable business strategy and the measures to achieve it, and develop strategy processes including planning, assessment and adaptation. You will support structural and process organization including subsidiaries, monitor market developments, competitors and the regulatory environment, take ownership of tasks and subprojects, manage interfaces to external partners in the energy, fintech and blockchain sectors, and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Interest in innovative business models at the intersection of cleantech, blockchain and fintech
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility in an international team
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong team orientation
- University degree in economics, finance, law or a similar field
- Initial relevant experience in marketing, sales, compliance or regulatory affairs (e.g., auditing) is desirable
- Very good German and English language skills
- Very good knowledge of common Office applications, especially Excel and Word
