About the Role
You will act as the Product Architect for AI agents that deliver elite financial planning. You will sit with engineers to turn complex tax, equity, and estate decisions into strict logic trees and if/then statements, review and correct AI-generated advice, write system instructions to prevent hallucinations, and resolve edge cases like AMT crossover points, QSBS stacking, uneven cash flows, and multi-state tax issues.
Requirements
- Active CFP license
- 5+ years of experience creating tailored financial plans
- Deep expertise in one or more planning domains such as equity compensation, investment, retirement, or estate planning
- Ability to explain the math behind recommendations (logic-driven)
- Tech-forward experience building complex spreadsheets or models
- Low ego
- High agency
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
Responsibilities
- Architect the brain by breaking complex financial decisions into logic trees and if/then statements
- Train and refine AI agents by reviewing AI-generated advice, correcting logic, and writing system instructions
- Solve edge cases including AMT crossover points, QSBS stacking, uneven cash flows, and multi-state tax issues
- Define fiduciary guardrails and write the playbook for how AI interacts with fiduciary advice
