Founding Product Manager
About the Role
You will drive the product roadmap, translate complex blockchain and payment capabilities into intuitive customer-facing solutions, and work closely with engineering to define requirements and prioritize work. You will launch products and features quickly, measure adoption, iterate based on feedback, and engage partners to identify market opportunities. You will stay current on stablecoin, payment, and Web3 trends and act hands-on when needed.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in stablecoins, fintech, or crypto
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, payment systems, and blockchain concepts
- Proven track record of shipping products from idea through launch and iteration
- Willingness to work hands-on and get things done
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners
