FP&A Manager
About the Role
You will deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial data and forecasts to business leaders and executives. You will build, test, and maintain financial models to support product and cost decisions and respond to ad-hoc modeling requests. You will collaborate with accounting to align financial data, drive process automation in FP&A, and present clear analyses to senior stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field (e.g., investment banking, management consulting) at a senior level
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willingness to acquire proficiency in additional financial tools
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing Director-level or equivalent stakeholders
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
- Genuine passion for the blockchain industry and desire to expand knowledge of cryptocurrency data and analytics
- Adaptable approach to working in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience with financial modeling tools
- CFA and/or CPA certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, and insightful financial data to department leads and executives
- Prepare comprehensive current and forecasted cost projections for all areas of the business
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure alignment of financial data
- Develop and rigorously test financial models for new products and decisions
- Drive scalability and process automation of the FP&A function
- Respond to ad-hoc modeling requests from business units
