Fullstack Engineer
About the Role
You will design and build user-facing features across both frontend and backend, make engineering and product decisions, and solve technical challenges that shape product direction. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, participate in growth strategy design and execution, manage GitHub issues, write and improve documentation, engage directly with customers, and troubleshoot user problems on channels like Twitter and Discord.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing production software
- Experience with both frontend and backend
- Be comfortable working across frontend and backend
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- US timezones only; no exceptions
- Experience shipping products (nice-to-have)
- Experience in seed-stage or early-stage startups (nice-to-have)
- Strong problem solving and learning orientation (nice-to-have)
- Previous founder experience (bonus)
- Passion for web3 and cryptocurrency (bonus)
- Experience creating content such as blogs or newsletters (bonus)
