General Manager
About the Role
You will act as the public face in Italy, representing the product on podcasts, TV panels, and industry stages. You will identify and close strategic partnerships and integrations, build and manage long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers, and lead trust-building initiatives by obtaining local certifications and consumer protection registrations. You will adapt the product roadmap to local user habits and payment methods, negotiate commercial agreements, and engage with regulatory stakeholders to advance market adoption.
Requirements
- Public speaking and media presence on TV stage and podcasts
- Proven business development and commercial strategy experience
- Established network across Italian fintech media banks and platforms
- Deep understanding of Italian regulation and consumer protection
- Ability to explain non-custodial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience negotiating partnerships
- Experience engaging with political or regulatory stakeholders
- Experience navigating fintech product through Italian consumer protection hurdles
- Personal brand oriented toward education and expertise
Responsibilities
- Represent the product on podcasts TV panels and industry stages

- Build and manage a Council of Experts and long-term KOL relationships
- Acquire local trust signals through certifications and consumer protection registrations
- Localize the product roadmap for Italian user habits and payment methods
- Negotiate partnerships and commercial agreements
- Engage with regulatory and political stakeholders to advocate for the model
- Develop and execute trust-building and localisation strategies
