General Manager, Thailand
About the Role
You will drive user adoption and oversee a network of local Operators across the region. You will coordinate and support Operators, design and execute local growth strategy, conduct market research and data analysis, and continuously improve operational processes and logistics. You will collaborate with Product and Economics and travel extensively to support regional growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or sales
- Proven success in high-performance operations or growth roles in Thailand
- Extensive experience living and working in Thailand and ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and nurturing relationships with local partners or operators
- Analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy
- Scrappy, adaptable mindset and willingness to work in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support a network of local Operators
- Build and maintain relationships with Operators across the region
- Motivate, advise, and support Operators to ensure optimal performance and meet growth goals
- Design and execute local growth strategy informed by market insights and internal data
- Conduct market research and perform data analysis to inform decisions
- Improve Operator operations by strengthening processes and logistics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Economics to align incentives and engagement
