Global Head of Revenue Operations
About the Role
You will design, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process from lead generation through contracting, invoicing, and renewals. You will own CRM and GTM data integrity, build and automate KPIs and dashboards, and provide actionable forecasting and analytics. You will select and integrate GTM tools with core systems, operationalize product launches and regulatory requirements, create sales enablement materials and playbooks, and oversee contracting and compliance handoffs to ensure efficient revenue operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech, preferably with API/infrastructure or consumption-based revenue models
- Expert-level Salesforce administration and architecture experience
- Advanced BI and analytics skills, including Tableau or Looker and strong Excel and SQL capabilities
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting complex data to executive leadership
- Familiarity with digital asset or regulated financial services, including KYC/AML and transaction settlement processes
- Previous crypto experience a bonus
- Experience scaling in a fast-paced, remote-first tech environment
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process from lead generation to renewal and expansion
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define annual GTM strategy, territory planning, quotas, and compensation design
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of revenue workflows, including onboarding and compliance handoffs
- Act as a strategic partner to global sales and client success teams
- Own and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM and all GTM systems
- Develop, maintain, and automate KPIs and dashboards across the revenue funnel
- Provide actionable insights and forecast revenue based on usage and multi-product streams
- Ensure reporting accurately reflects complex multi-product revenue streams
- Evaluate, select, and manage the GTM technology stack
- Integrate GTM systems with ERP, billing, and compliance/KYC platforms
- Partner with Product and Compliance to operationalize new product launches and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement standardized sales collateral, training materials, and playbooks
- Oversee the contracting process in partnership with Legal
