Global Social Marketing Lead

About the Role

You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across major platforms, craft content for developers and broader Web3 audiences, and plan paid and organic media mixes to drive engagement and user acquisition. You will lead and manage regional social media specialists, generate and execute creative campaign ideas, monitor emerging Web3 trends and adapt strategies, collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maintain brand consistency, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in social marketing with experience scaling engaged communities within the EVM ecosystem and Layer2 networks
  • Proven experience leading social media strategy development and execution
  • Deep understanding and passion for Web3 and Arbitrum’s target audience
  • Proven track record of building and engaging online communities with paid and organic content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in content creation including video graphics and written content
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
