Go-To-Market Lead
About the Role
You will design and execute the Go‑to‑Market strategy from pre‑launch through large TVL targets, defining priority ecosystems and sequencing launches to maximize liquidity and capital efficiency. You will source, structure and close strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, market makers and wallets, and negotiate commercial terms. You will lead USDr and RFG exchange listing and liquidity strategies, coordinate with market makers, treasury and legal, and ensure healthy, sustainable liquidity. You will design ecosystem activations that drive productive usage and support institutional capital formation by packaging products and translating protocol mechanics into capital markets narratives.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in Web3 DeFi or crypto capital markets
- Proven experience in EVM ecosystems including Ethereum and L2s
- Track record of closing strategic protocol partnerships exchange listings and liquidity or distribution deals
- Deep understanding of stablecoins DeFi liquidity mechanics and incentive design trade‑offs
- Strong commercial judgment
- Experience launching or scaling stablecoins yield products or RWA and private credit protocols (strong plus)
- Existing relationships with tier‑1 exchanges market makers or major DeFi protocols (strong plus)
- Exposure to institutional crypto or TradFi‑crypto crossover (strong plus)
