Graphic Designer
About the Role
You will design high-quality visuals and systematize the brand across web, events, merch, campaigns, presentations, and ecosystem programs. You will translate briefs and Figma handoffs into production-ready assets with clean typography, precise layout, and export-ready files. You will create layered styleframes and assets that anticipate motion, define sub-brand frameworks, and produce partner enablement kits. You will establish clear pipelines, review and handoff checklists, and export standards to reduce cycle time. You will proactively identify brand and UI debt and lead refactors, ensure accessibility by default, and track asset adoption to iterate based on measurable feedback.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in brand and graphic design with a portfolio spanning campaigns, events, merch, web, and systems thinking
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong typographic craft, composition, hierarchy, and grid discipline
- Motion literacy and ability to design for performant animation
- Operational rigor including time management, stakeholder coordination, and clear communication
- Self-directed and ownership-oriented with ability to execute in high-throughput environments
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain brand systems including templates, guidelines, components, and iconography
- Translate briefs and Figma handoffs into production-ready assets with clean typography and layout
- Design layered styleframes and prepare assets for animation handoff
- Ship multi-format campaigns across web, social, email, and event collateral
- Define and maintain sub-brand frameworks for ecosystem initiatives
- Create partner enablement kits and asset usage specifications
- Establish pipelines, milestones, review checklists, and export standards
- Identify brand and UI debt and lead refactors
- Ensure accessibility by default and pass accessibility audits
- Track adoption and performance of assets and iterate based on outcomes
