Growth & Content Marketer
About the Role
You will create and manage content across blogs, case studies, newsletters, op-eds and social channels. You will repurpose long-form content into digestible formats such as threads, newsletters and short-form updates. You will develop AI-driven workflows to accelerate creation, distribution and analytics, build thought leadership narratives, and support campaigns for product launches, events and major announcements.
Requirements
- Active user of DeFi protocols and strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem
- 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing, content or growth roles (infrastructure experience preferred)
- Proven ability to generate ideas and produce high-quality content across multiple formats and channels
- Fluent with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Midjourney and Gemini and motivated to apply them in workflows
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently with minimal handholding
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across a small, fast-moving team
- Willingness to experiment, learn and take ownership in a high-impact environment
- Location: Europe or North America with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CET
