Growth & Operations Specialist, Brazil
About the Role
You will manage day to day market operations across your region, working closely with Market Operations, Logistics, and local partners. You will source, onboard, and manage Operators, ensure compliance, approve locations and events, and oversee brand activation logistics. You will deliver face to face training, identify knowledge gaps, design and execute solutions, and share best practices to improve operational efficiency. Expect frequent travel to support and supervise on-the-ground activities and to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations and business development
- Proven experience in high performance operations in Brazil
- Ability to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
- Strong cross cultural communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical and data driven decision making
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail

- Ensure compliance of newly onboarded Operators
- Manage Operators
