Growth & Operations Specialist, Peru
About the Role
You will manage day-to-day operations across Peru, proactively spot and resolve on-the-ground issues, and collaborate with Market Operations and Logistics teams. You will source, onboard, and manage Operators, ensure compliance, review and approve locations and events, oversee sourcing for brand activations, deliver and monitor face-to-face training, identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement strategies, prepare and share documentation, and spend extensive time traveling (50–75%) to support regional growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business development in Peru
- Extensive experience living and working in Peru
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- High attentiveness to detail
- Cross-cultural communication experience
- Experience managing relationships with local operators and partners
- Experience delivering training and monitoring results
- Ability to make data-driven decisions

- Source Operators
- Ensure compliance of newly onboarded Operators
- Manage Operators
- Review and approve locations and events
- Oversee sourcing of spaces for brand activations
- Distribute and monitor training materials and run face-to-face training
- Identify knowledge gaps and devise and execute improvement strategies
- Work with Operators and external partners to improve operational efficiency
- Manage locations with Operators through internal processes
- Communicate with Operators in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and share relevant documentation with Operators
- Collaborate with Market Operations and Logistics teams
