Growth Associate X Twitter

About the Role

You will lead the creation and execution of storytelling and growth campaigns across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Discord. You will create engaging video, meme, and short-form content, write creative copy and taglines, partner with influencers and creators, and optimize distribution to grow adoption. You will build SOPs for cross-functional work, support go-to-market activations, and continuously monitor crypto and social trends to adjust content and strategy.

Requirements

• Proven expertise creating content for X Twitter Instagram TikTok Discord and other platforms
• Deep understanding of meme culture and its intersection with crypto storytelling
• Strong creative instincts for taglines narratives and visual content
• Framework-driven strategic thinking and owner mentality
• Exceptional project management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Figma and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to a dynamic landscape
• Passion for blockchain with clear understanding of crypto trends and terminology
• Nice to have experience at a large blockchain foundation or traditional finance institution
• Nice to have prior success building narratives for a Layer 1 blockchain or large scale DeFi project
• Nice to have strong connections with influencers and creators in the crypto space

Responsibilities

• Stay ahead of trends and crypto narratives
• Lead development and execution of storytelling across X Twitter Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Discord
• Collaborate with influencers developers and community leaders to create video meme and campaign content
• Develop strategic frameworks and creative copy for brand and product campaigns
• Align campaign objectives with internal stakeholders and manage distribution strategies
• Create and optimize standard operating procedures for cross-functional collaboration
• Execute go-to-market media activations for new initiatives
