Growth Executive - Trading Platform
About the Role
You will lead user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation for a consumer trading app. You will design and run experiments, analyze funnels and cohorts, and use data to identify and remove onboarding and trading friction. You will build or collaborate on dashboards, run A/B tests and user segmentation, and work with product and engineering to implement referrals, waitlists, onboarding flows, and nudges. You will scale paid, organic, and community channels and report growth KPIs and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in a growth, product, or data-driven marketing role, ideally at a fintech or trading platform.
- Direct experience building or working on trading platforms, user tools, dashboards, or analytics infrastructure.
- Strong data and experimentation skills, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Track record of shipping and iterating on growth initiatives that measurably moved key metrics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- User-first mindset and comfort thinking like a trader or investor.
- Preferred: Experience in consumer fintech, trading apps, brokerages, or crypto platforms.
- Preferred: Previous involvement in launching growth systems from 0 → 1.
- Preferred: Familiarity with referral mechanics, viral loops, and lifecycle marketing tools.
- Preferred: Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Build or collaborate on dashboards to monitor growth funnels, user cohorts, and campaign performance.
- Use data to identify friction points in onboarding, trading flows, and user engagement and lead initiatives to address them.
- Run A/B tests, segment users, and perform funnel and cohort analyses to optimize growth.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to implement growth features such as referrals, waitlists, onboarding flows, and nudges.
- Scale high-performing acquisition channels across paid, organic, and community-driven efforts.
- Report regularly to leadership on growth KPIs and insights.
