Growth Intern (Crypto Native / Meme Lord)
About the Role
You will engage across Crypto Twitter daily with timely replies, memes, and community stunts to grow awareness and engagement. You will help design and execute viral campaigns and content formats, collect and manage user reward data, and handle reward distribution with accuracy and transparency. You will coordinate with brokers and product stakeholders to align campaign execution, track campaign metrics, and support marketing operations including budgeting and advertising. You will maintain campaign documentation in Google Sheets and Notion and use automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with Crypto Twitter and crypto culture
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any field)
- Fluent in English with clear async communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Notion
- Based in or near the European time zone
- Available at least three weekdays per week
- Experience with trading systems or financial products is a plus
