Growth Lead
About the Role
You will work directly with the cofounders to align on strategy and goals. You will build and nurture a developer community for the Based Appchain Platform (Pylon). You will plan and execute marketing campaigns for the first party appchain. You will develop and execute content strategies to foster engagement with developers and technical communities. You will drive partnerships with app developers, protocols, and projects to grow users and expand Pylon and DA Builder adoption. You will represent the company at industry events, both virtual and in-person.
Requirements
- Be deeply crypto-native with a genuine passion for blockchain and decentralization
- Have a strong understanding of rollups DeFi and the technical Ethereum landscape
- Technical background or familiarity with rollups infrastructure (nice to have)
- Active social presence on X Twitter with a track record of engaging or technical content (nice to have)
- Basic design skills and experience (nice to have)
