Growth Lead, Thailand

About the Role

You will build and maintain relationships with local Operators across Thailand and coordinate a distributed network to drive user adoption. You will design and execute local growth strategy using market research and data analysis, strengthen processes and logistics to improve Operator performance, and provide actionable feedback to Product and Economics. You will work cross-functionally, spend significant time traveling (50–75%) to support Operators on the ground, and be hands-on in implementing initiatives that increase engagement and growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operations business development or sales in Thailand
  • Proven success in high-performance operations business development or sales roles
  • Extensive experience living and working in Thailand
  • Based in Thailand and available to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve conflicts
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work scrappily in a fast-moving dynamic environment
