Growth Lead, UK
About the Role
You will build and maintain relationships with local Operators across the UK, provide hands-on support to optimize their performance, and design and execute local growth strategies informed by market research and data analysis. You will strengthen Operator processes and logistics, provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams, and travel frequently (50–75%) to support on-the-ground execution. You will collaborate with Product, Economics, and other stakeholders to align incentives and keep users engaged.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in high-performance operations, business development, or sales in the UK
- Proven experience coordinating and supporting local partners or operators
- Strong cross-cultural competency and experience working across different cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict mediation and relationship management
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Based in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Operators across the region
- Provide motivation, advice, and support to Operators to ensure optimal performance and hit regional growth goals
- Design and execute local growth strategy using internal data and market insights
- Conduct market research and run data analysis to inform decision making
- Improve Operator operations by strengthening processes and logistics and providing feedback to relevant teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Economics to align incentives and engagement
- Travel frequently to support on-the-ground operations
