Growth Marketing and Social Media Lead - GIG Rewards App
About the Role
You will develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and convert users for the app. You will manage and grow social media channels, plan and optimize digital ad campaigns, create trend-driven content, run offline events and partnerships, and measure campaign performance to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Sprout Social Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
- Proven experience in influencer and partnership marketing
- Skills in social media crisis identification and management
- Deep understanding of Philippine digital marketing trends and user behavior
- Experience in app marketing user acquisition and campaign optimization
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Manage and grow social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Plan execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach conversions and ROI
- Plan oversee and deliver marketing campaigns and projects on schedule
- Create platform-specific content and leverage trend-based moment marketing
- Plan and manage offline events partnerships and promotions to drive user acquisition
- Monitor industry trends and apply innovative ideas to marketing efforts
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels
