Growth Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will own and drive community growth efforts, building relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and stakeholders. You will design and execute strategies to increase mindshare and public advocacy, craft and distribute narrative-driven content, monitor industry and competitor trends, and develop programs that empower community contributors to create and share content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing and community builder in crypto blockchain or Web3
- Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem including key stakeholders trends and market opportunities
- Strategic and analytical thinking with experience crafting and executing growth strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable success developing creative marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
