Growth Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of global demand generation campaigns. You will design and run segment-specific programs that convert across funnel stages, partner with Sales and RevOps to accelerate deal velocity, and continuously measure and optimize campaign attribution and ROI.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with focus on demand generation and pipeline growth
- Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting campaigns in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
- Experience marketing to technical or compliance-oriented buyers in regulated industries
- Familiarity with global campaign execution and multi-segment pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution tools, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
- Strong project management and executional rigor with bias for iteration and scale
- Ability to influence GTM teams through data-backed storytelling
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of full-funnel demand generation campaigns
- Develop programs that convert prospects across multiple funnel stages
- Drive qualified pipeline generation and accelerate deal velocity
- Align and co-design plays with Sales to improve conversion and win rates
- Build repeatable, scalable campaign motions for enterprise, mid-market, and regional segments
- Execute integrated global campaigns with localized strategy and channel mix
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to track attribution and optimize ROI
- Continuously iterate on campaigns based on performance metrics and pipeline velocity
