Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue
• Expertise in SEO, content, paid acquisition, ABM, email, CRO, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Looker, Power BI, and modern AI tools
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, and retention
• Ability to turn complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging
• High ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset
• Great communication skills
• English proficiency at C1 level

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of growth and demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue
• Conduct market, ICP, and competitor research to sharpen positioning and GTM narratives
• Turn complex offerings into clear value propositions and go-to-market messaging with Product, Offsec, and Compliance
• Engage with users, prospects, and sales to validate needs, refine messaging, and identify growth opportunities
• Improve and scale alternative growth channels including ABM, partnerships, content/SEO, events, and ecosystem alliances
• Own full-funnel acquisition and conversion across segments and regions from acquisition to pipeline
• Run structured experimentation and hypothesis frameworks to improve conversion, retention, and expansion
• Set, track, and optimize revenue-focused KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion, CAC, CPA, LTV, churn, and retention
• Manage the growth budget with a strong ROI mindset and quarterly forecasting
• Own backlog and coordinate internal and external execution efficiently
• Leverage AI-driven tools to automate, test, and scale growth activities
