Growth Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media and community channels. You will monitor industry trends and user feedback to inform demand generation and campaign optimizations. You will create performance-driven social content, recruit and manage KOLs and influencers, and plan reward-based and partner co-marketing campaigns. You will moderate community discourse, foster positive engagement, and respond to community queries and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Three (3+) plus years of growth marketing experience with a Web3/blockchain company
- Hands on experience designing persuasive and conversion oriented multi channel marketing promotions and campaigns including web email social media online communities and video
- Successful track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter Discord and Telegram
- Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within 24 hours
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics and reporting including SEO/SEM Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong project management communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across global teams in different time zones
