Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will own and execute growth marketing programs to drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption. You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, build and run ABM programs, lead social amplification, design creative growth loops, run rapid experiments, and measure performance and attribution. You will partner closely with Sales and Revenue to align targeting, messaging, and account strategy and continuously iterate on what works.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing at a B2B fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services company
  • Hands-on experience owning paid media and ABM programs end-to-end
  • Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, stablecoins, payments, or capital markets or strong ability to ramp quickly
  • Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams in a sales-led or hybrid GTM motion
  • High-agency operator who takes ownership and moves quickly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute growth marketing strategy across paid media, ABM, social, and experimental channels
  • Translate product priorities into focused growth programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption
  • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics to reach priority ICPs and strategic accounts
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, search, and emerging platforms
  • Build and manage ABM programs targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to align targeting, messaging, and account strategy
  • Lead social growth strategy to increase visibility, credibility, and engagement
  • Experiment with formats and platforms to extend reach and accelerate awareness
  • Design and test creative growth loops to drive scalable adoption
  • Run rapid experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly
  • Track performance across campaigns and surface insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure clear attribution, reporting, and ROI measurement with Marketing Ops and Revenue
