GTM Engineer

About the Role

You will architect and build the go-to-market systems, workflows, and automations that power BD, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will design clear opportunity and pipeline stages, implement AI-native automations to surface next-best actions, and unify CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and analytics tools. You will ensure data quality through validation and governance, build dashboards and reporting layers for pipeline and funnel visibility, integrate product usage signals for scoring and expansion, and streamline customer handoffs from sales through implementation and success. You will continuously iterate on tools and processes to increase operational throughput and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Design or own GTM workflows, pipelines, and automations at a high-growth B2B company
  • Strong familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow logic, GTM tools, and SQL
  • Active use of AI tools and ability to design AI-native automations
  • Commercial understanding of revenue generation, funnel bottlenecks, and deal acceleration
  • Customer-centric approach to handoffs and predictable experience
  • Clear communication skills to translate GTM complexity into simple workflows and dashboards
  • Execution-driven mindset with ability to ship quickly and iterate
  • 4–7+ years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Sales Engineering, or adjacent roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments companies

Responsibilities

  • Build GTM systems from the ground up, architecting CRM, workflows, routing logic, and automations for BD, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Design and own opportunity, pipeline, and deal-acceleration workflows with clear, measurable stages
  • Implement AI-native automations to surface next-best actions and trigger follow-ups
  • Unify the GTM tech stack including CRM, sequencing tools, data enrichment, call intelligence, and analytics
  • Establish operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, and renewals
  • Implement data controls, validation, QA, and governance to maintain high-quality GTM intelligence
  • Build dashboards and reporting layers for pipeline health, funnel performance, and revenue drivers
  • Integrate product usage signals into GTM workflows for scoring, expansion, and proactive outreach
  • Streamline customer handoffs from BD to Implementations to Customer Success to Growth
  • Continuously recommend and implement new tools and process improvements to raise operational throughput
