Head of APAC
About the Role
You will lead local Paxos employees in Singapore, act as an escalation point, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful execution of operations and projects. You will develop and drive the regional strategy across APAC, execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, and drive business development to establish partnerships. You will manage executive-level relationships with banks, financial institutions and technology organizations, partner with Product and Engineering to introduce regional solutions, monitor regulatory and financial developments to inform leadership, and collaborate with legal, compliance, growth, technology, and operations to implement business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of leadership in a senior role within fintech or digital asset technology companies
- Experience engaging local and regional regulators across Singapore and APAC with understanding of local regulations policies and procedures
- Strong board level engagement and strategic decision making experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth execute marketing strategies and lead cross functional teams
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence at all levels
