Head of Corporate Security
About the Role
You will develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that safeguards office locations, executives, employees, and field operations. You will manage access control, surveillance, emergency response, and regular risk assessments. You will design field security protocols, train and support field teams, and oversee incident reporting and investigations. You will build and lead a global security team, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, produce security intelligence briefings for senior leadership, and lead crisis management and business continuity efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management Criminal Justice or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in corporate security including physical operational and intelligence-based security management
- Experience working with law enforcement internationally
- Strong knowledge of global security challenges risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies
- Proven experience managing diverse security teams and complex security programs
- Exceptional communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certifications such as CPP or PSP are highly desirable

- Oversee physical security for corporate office locations

- Coordinate with facilities to maintain and upgrade security infrastructure
- Establish security protocols for field operations and high risk areas
- Train field teams on situational awareness emergency preparedness and crisis response
- Monitor and support deployment of security personnel equipment and resources
- Maintain incident reporting investigation and follow up frameworks
- Collaborate with operations to secure logistics transportation and supply chain routes
- Develop and lead security intelligence gathering and analysis programs
- Monitor geopolitical social and environmental developments affecting operations
- Establish partnerships with intelligence agencies law enforcement and private security firms
- Produce regular security briefings and reports for senior leadership
- Build and lead a global security team and foster professional growth
- Serve as primary liaison with external security providers and government agencies
- Develop and oversee crisis management and business continuity plans
- Lead response to security incidents coordinating with internal teams and external authorities
