Head of Ecosystem Growth
About the Role
You will lead efforts to grow and strengthen the ecosystem by cultivating high-value relationships, evangelizing strategic opportunities, and closing partnership deals. You will identify and engage potential contributors and institutions, manage end-to-end deal processes, monitor market trends, and prepare persuasive presentation materials and memos.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate development, capital markets, buy-side finance, or a related field
- Proven track record building strategic partnerships and securing deals
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems
- Established relationships with technology and financial institutions, with strong networks in the USA and Asia
- Solid financial acumen including analysis of financial statements and valuations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information persuasively
- Experience working with diverse global teams and cultural awareness in cross-region business dealings
- Preferred: experience working with fast-growing Web3 startups and frontier technologies
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Web3 contributors and top-tier institutions
- Lead evangelization strategy and identify potential contributors and partners
- Oversee end-to-end deal processes including presentations, due diligence, and negotiations
- Monitor crypto and market trends and use insights to position platform technologies strategically
- Develop clear and compelling strategic messaging and communication for external stakeholders
- Prepare tailored presentation materials and memos for potential contributors and institutions
- Perform market and competitor analysis to inform engagement and prioritization
