Head of Ecosystem
About the Role
You will own the ecosystem-driven growth strategy, driving adoption of infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will design and own the end-to-end ecosystem strategy, build and manage partnerships to scale customer acquisition, and operate autonomously from ground zero to deliver measurable growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infrastructure
- Experience across EVM and Solana ecosystems
- Proven success building partnerships and leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for protocol infrastructure and on-chain yield
