Head of Ecosystem
About the Role
You will own the ecosystem-driven growth strategy and drive adoption of the infrastructure across broader application ecosystems. You will design and execute end-to-end ecosystem strategy, onboard partners and users into DeFi, and scale customer acquisition through partnerships. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with technical teams, and operate autonomously to deliver measurable growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development ecosystem or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infrastructure
- Experience across EVM and Solana ecosystems
- Proven success building partnerships
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for protocol infrastructure and on-chain yield
