Head of Finance
About the Role
You will have complete ownership of the finance function. You will prepare and own financial statements, lead budgeting and planning, build and maintain financial models to inform strategic decisions, establish and track core financial metrics, forecast burn revenue runway and present cash and crypto positions, manage treasury and crypto inventory, and assist with taxes payroll and corporate projects.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in investment banking consulting FP&A or related roles
- BS or BA in a quantitative discipline
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Experience setting up and maintaining finance software systems
- Understanding of crypto inventory management and tools such as Lukka or Cointracking
- Knowledge of crypto and DeFi trends
- Proven leadership skills to lead cross functional initiatives and potentially manage people
