Head of Foundation
About the Role
You will lead business development efforts to uncover growth opportunities and set the Foundation’s long-term strategic direction. You will represent the Foundation as a public figure at conferences and events, engage top-tier audiences, and advocate for the ecosystem. You will define and execute strategy in collaboration with the Board and internal stakeholders, forge and maintain partnerships across Web3 and Web2, and work cross-functionally to prioritize and act on high-impact opportunities. You will identify and spotlight partner and community contributions to raise awareness across the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in business development and fostering strategic partnerships in Web3 blockchain or technology sectors
- Proven public presence in the Web3 blockchain space representing a brand at major conferences panels and events
- Experience defining and executing long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Track record establishing nurturing and maintaining relationships with developers stakeholders and influencers
- Experience collaborating across departments such as marketing product and operations
- Deep understanding of Web3 and crypto native with connections to ecosystem VC funds and leading projects

- Raise awareness of partner and community contributions within the ecosystem
