Head of Growth

About the Role

You will own product-led growth initiatives to increase adoption among institutional users. You will build content-driven acquisition systems, design experiments to improve activation and retention, establish attribution and measurement frameworks, and partner with product and engineering to embed growth mechanics into core workflows. You will orchestrate marketplace dynamics to grow both supply and demand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or growth product roles, ideally at fintech or data companies
  • Proven success establishing a new growth channel from the ground up, ideally content and SEO
  • Strong product sense with ability to identify growth opportunities within product flows
  • Experience with marketplace or platform businesses where network effects drive growth
  • Strong storytelling and branding skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive multiple projects to success
  • Builder mentality with experience taking ideas from 0 to 1
