Head of Institutional Strategy & Development
About the Role
You will lead efforts to drive institutional adoption of Jito Network assets by developing use cases, engaging institutional partners, and integrating liquidity with exchanges and AMMs. You will build and maintain relationships with ETF/ETP issuers, prime brokers, custodians, and asset managers, and coordinate feedback from stakers and trading firms to inform product roadmaps. You will manage high-level regulatory and stakeholder conversations, produce institutional-facing materials such as presentations and whitepapers, and align a distributed team on strategic goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years progressive experience in institutional business development capital markets or product strategy
- Deep understanding of ETF and ETP lifecycle including issuance custody and distribution
- Strong working knowledge of cryptocurrency DeFi staking and liquid staking derivatives
- Proven network and relationship skills with market makers custodians prime brokers and institutional asset managers
- Familiarity with regulatory and tax considerations for digital assets and staking in major jurisdictions
- Direct experience with the Solana ecosystem preferred
- Prior experience in high-growth startups DAOs or product management preferred
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with ETF and ETP providers and issuers
- Develop and execute adoption strategies for onchain and off-chain users
- Engage distribution partners including prime brokers exchanges and banks
- Engage high-value stakers DAOs treasuries funds and onchain asset managers
- Develop and launch institutional use cases for asset managers and allocators
- Collect and integrate feedback from stakers and trading firms
- Integrate assets with exchanges DEXes and AMMs to improve liquidity
- Lead discussions with regulators tax authorities and accounting boards
- Prepare institutional-facing presentations whitepapers and market commentary
- Build coherent narratives around liquid staking and block building
- Coordinate a globally distributed team on institutional strategy
- Represent and promote ecosystem values and technical excellence externally
